Guarantee

T. Miranda hereby assures to the buyer of the product identified by model_____________________ and serial number_____________, that
such product work free of material or manufacturing defects for the period of one year starting at the day of purchase.

In the event that the product present such defects under normal usage, all repair will be performed by T. Miranda, whom will 
cover all costs of parts and labor. The warranty remains valid up to the original expiration date in the event that it be
purchased as "used" by a third party.

Warranty Services

T. Miranda products under warranty will only be repaired at Authorized Service Offices. If any product needs to be serviced under
warranty, the owner should contact T. Miranda's technical support services for assistance.

Services under warranty should be requested by the product owner who will take or ship the product to an Authorized Service Office
appointed by T. Miranda's Technical Support Services. The product should always be accompanied by the proof of purchase, for 
warranty validity check.

Shipping and shipping insurance are responsability of the product owner (including shipping costs and damage during shipping).
Whenever possible, the pedal should be shipped in the original shipping package.

Limitations and Responsability:

In no circumstances T. Miranda custom effects will be held responsible for any other direct or indirect losses due to the fact that the product presents a defect, including ceasing profit or accidental damages.

T. Miranda custom effects will not be held responsible for third parties' losses and damages, or for defects on the product caused by
natural agents, third parties, or by the owner's negligence.

T. Miranda's responsability is restricted to provide labor and parts replacement, so long as the defect was caused under normal
use conditions, as identified by an authorized T. Miranda Technical Assistance servicer.

Replaced (defective) parts will be property of T. Miranda custom effects. Replacement (new) parts during warranty will hold a 3 month warranty regardless of original warranty period of serviced product.

In case of problems with your product, always seek assistance at T. Miranda custom effects or an authorized servicer.

Never try servicing the product your own. Except for the battery, there are no parts that needs replacement by the owner. 
Parts replacement, modifications, services, or cleaning of inside of product, when done by non-authorized person or company will automatically invalidate the warranty.

Improper operation of the product (in disaccordance with the product's official instructions), utilization of improper accessories,
or improper handling of the product by the owner or third parties, may jeopardize the product's performance and invalidate the warranty.
